Afternoon ‘Face,
Had a littel stroll around York this afternoon.
The place is a little crowded due to a food festival that just happens to be on this week....ahem.
The Medieval streets are always fun to explore without a map.
The narrowest is only 6 feet wide.
They did a beatiful job of restoring it all after the Luftwaffe tried to modernise the place.

It sounds like so much fun!

I just spent an hour on FamilySearch.org and I’m now so frustrated my BP is probably out of sight. I need to go have one of those beers that is calling my name from the fridge. :o]

I love York. Have you been to Betty’s tea or Jorvik
or the Minster?

My parents have been to York. When my brother was stationed at Lakenheath, they did a lot of English tourism.
