Argon is a natural component of the atmosphere. If memory serves, at a one-percent amount.

That is a great recipe. Good for packing on the weight. I only needed a dozen plus two for supper. Fed my Better Half something else (salad and carrot sticks). I did give her two of the fried ice cream. I’m a hero in her eyes and those are the only eyes that count. Mmmmmm ... Good

Weigh day...I gained a pound. *sigh*
I don’t know how to do this with my hypoglycemia. I guess I will try to eat a lot of soup and salad. With having to eat every few hours, I can’t fast... I thought of trying to fast for a day, but I know it would do more harm than good, and I wouldn’t be able to take any pills.
This is discouraging.
