I have been saying that Kosminski was the Ripper for years. However, there are a few things that seem contradictory.

For example, if the "From Hell" letter sent to George Lusk, that included a human kidney, is actually real, then we would have to ask if Kosminski had good enough English skills to read and write. To which that answer I am not sure. But then again, not even sure if the letter is real.

I wondered about that too. Kosminsky was Polish. Did he have enough of a command of the English language to write the letters? IRL, could he speak English, yet not be able to write in it?

A common situation among even native speakers of English.

Yes I get that there were misspellings, but if the grammar was correct, it seems it like it would be an Englishman.

Germanic language is so completely different than English, so he'd have to be pretty damn smart to get that correct.

Thanks for the info on David Warner.

I've only known him as creepy/"off" somehow.

Bob Cratchitt is sympathetic.

Didn't know he played that character.

I'd enjoy seeing him in such a role.
