Well, if you are in manufacturing you need to hook up with alibaba.com (they sell almost everything) and Amazon if you can get an account from China.
if you are small, you need a import/export company, like expediters international otherwise you are stuck with doing all the paperwork yourself and risking unknowns for you and your customers.
