Prayers for all to go well, better than expected. I live in southern GA. Not a native, though, so everything is still somewhat new to me. I pray that this doctor will get all the cancer cells and that you will not have to repeat this again. I pray for you to have His peace, of mind and spirit. Our assistant pastor said something today that made an impression on me. During our praise time, he stated that sometimes you have to get all the way to the bottom to understand that you are standing on (the) Rock. This was directed to believers who are experiencing fear, depression (a friend of one of our youth recently committed suicide), and trials. I don’t know if this registers in any way, but I pray that you find Christ as your Rock and strength.
He is my Rock and I thank you for your kind post. I’m not a native either, I moved, with my family, to middle GA 14 years ago and here near Atlanta about 2 months ago. I’m having a mastectomy, so the chances he will get it all is great, and thank God, since this is my second cancer in this place. I dread this and am apprehensive but there’s no choice here.
