It was a double epi. "Eric Roberts" was in part 2 of "Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut" where Cartman finds out who his father really is.

Spoiler alert. Roberts is not the father. Neither were the Denver Broncos...

Roberts was just doing a bit part in an AMW recreation of Dr. Mephisto's shooting.
