Why people think they are irreplaceable escapes me. That thought has never crossed my mind.
I once worked for a company that thought I was replaceable.
They went out of business.
Probably would have gone out of business anyway sooner or later since they had more people working in the office than actually bringing in money, but getting rid of me they lost 3 customers at a time they couldn’t afford to loose 3 customers.
