All rental agreements should have a clause against wet wipes being allowed anywhere on the property.

“Oh, here is the problem, the wet wipe YOU put down the toilet.”

My neighbor that rents out the place next to mine has a clause that must be similar, because if a plumber gets called out for something they cause (flushed tampons, whatever) they pay the bill.

It really wasn’t a problem until the wonderful innovation of the low flow toilet and water saving show heads. If the sewage keeps moving it doesn’t get the change to form up like that.
