I like brisket but you can buy ribeye or porterhouse for the same price. Put some good oak or hickory in and those are better than brisket.
I used a real charcoal grill so I can smoke and grill. A little more work and time but its worth it. Guess this 10lb shoulder will give me a little too much according to this article. too bad
