I think the "openly gay" part makes him a huge liability.

It is not PC to have him take an AIDS test every week, but if ye ever gets infected and passes it to another player on the field through blood, spit or sweat, the lawsuits will fly. And, the team he is on will pay through the nose.

I’ve been saying that for quite some time - he’s a wrongful death suit(s) waiting to happen that could financially destroy a team or the NFL itself.

Each time I’ve posted this on PFT, they delete the post. Obviously, Florio et al are flaming leftwing homo supporters who refuse to acknowledge reality.

I agree. In addition, the constant media scrutiny is a distraction and there’s a legion of lawyers ready to take his case if he alleges anti-gay bias. There’s just too many ways that a team could get killed financially. In the cost-benefit analysis, there’s just no way to make it work.
