If a marriage were a legal right, no license would be required.

It isn’t absolute, the churches lay it out. You can’t marry your close family, you can’t marry the same sex, you can’t marry animals, you can’t marry inanimate objects.

The state has no legitimate role in marriage, they are simply wedging their way in to exact control. A legal marriage invites the DHHS and the courts into your lives.

With Holy Matrimony, there is no “sneaking around”...the marriage is done before God, and the rules of man are secondary.

No license is required.

Who issued a license to Adam and Eve?

It is a right.

States and churches may have licensed it.

But marriage is only between one man and one woman. That's been the definition since antiquity.

I realize that it's easier for me, here in a conservative state, with my kidz grown and gone, and living alone to flip the bird at the government overlord than it is for you guys in the liberal northeast corridor. Especially when you have jobs and cars and food and stuff to worry about.

It's easier for some to tell government to get stuffed, knowing the possible consequences.

It's not like they can kill me more than once, and they can't eat me. I'm all gristle.
