Just because it isn’t listed in the Constitution doesn’t mean it’s not a right.
The Constitution doesn't grant rights.
It grants limited and enumerated powers to the federal government.
Everything else is left to the States, or to the people.
Your drivers license and registration issue is a STATE police power, unaffected by the Constitution. Feds don't get a say in it.

The Supreme Court established marriage as a right in Loving vs Virginia. I agree with the ruling (as does anyone else who is not a member of KKK or black panthers). Redefinition of marriage is another story.
