Here’s a shocker for me and maybe you.

When I was managing partner of Architectural Artifacts our building was a 3 story concrete bunker in Lawrenceville. 3644 Penn Ave.

I remember your son being not far away in Lawrenceville for awhile.

My old building has been converted to condos. 16 units maybe. 1 bedroom 1 bath goes for between $165,000 and $242,000 with a 2 bedroom unit at over $340,000!!!!!

Nice views of the city but it’s Lawrenceville. The units are SMALL! Sold out in record tme!
