According to the suit, Nizewitz signed on to the show before it had a name. She claims she was advised of the nudity, but was assured that all frontal and genital nudity would be blurred. During one brief moment, though, during a "wrestling takedown" of her date, her crotch was allegedly flashed on the screen without blurring.

On the one hand, we have a money-hungry con-woman, who should have known something like this would happen, playing litigation lotto. On the other hand, we have an obnoxious, crude and exploitative show that makes money off of beaming soft core porn into America’s living rooms. Its hard to know who to root against here. If it’s out there, best just keep your head down and get on with your life.
Heard about this on the radio this morning. Apparantly she claims the issue is that her Grandmother was watching the show and saw it.
So she was more embarassed by her grandmother seeing that fleeting unblurred moment than all the other stuff she did on the show.
Somehow I have the feeling her grandmother was just as upset her granddaughter would be so stupid as to go on that show in the first place.
Suing over a “blur failure?” When Janet Jackson had a “wardrobe malfunction” she’d hoped it would perk up a sagging career.
LMFAO
For $10 million I’ll develop PTSD for seeing her nakkid.
I did a Bing search.
