You can play it any way you want there is a mentality that does not correspond to being poor or wealthy. You don't want to see it, so don't. If you for some reason think that I speaking of all Blacks or Browns you are mistaken, but I stand by my experience and statements. Have a good night.

I an an urban school teacher with over 20 years experience teaching in inner-city schools. I've seen horrific violence, including a fatal shooting.
I've also seen the effects of deep poverty, and how welfare money distorts family values. I've seen heroic black kids, and psychopathic white kids. And I'm not stupid. No way would I walk through most of the neighborhoods around my school after dark.
I stand by my experience and statements as well. You too have a good night.

Agreed. I believe another way of saying it is:
"It's not an economic poverty that aflicts them, but rather a poverty of values".
