If the ISIS forces truly believe they are doing the work Allah they will be deterred by any contact with pig flesh which the Quran suggests denies paradise.

Let the DOD make the following announcement " A mixture of pig offal, guts, and inedible porcine body parts, properly blended to a smooth consistancy will be applied liberally to any ISIS wounded or deceased encountered by allied forces". Furthermore, all ordinance used against ISIS forces will be modified to contain the subject mixture.

How did we handle the Japanese who committed atrocities? We had no problem killing them with any means possible and bringing the surviving perpetrators to justice with war crimes trials and a date with the hangman. ISIS like the Nazis and the Japanese fanatics need to be wiped out in total war. Islam itself may need to be destroyed like the Nazi party.
