What part of “curfew” and “disperse” is not understood?
I don’t think he was talking about a riot situation.
Americans to both our great credit and frequent frustration just don’t like being told what to do. If it’s a policeman telling us to do as we are told....it’s our choice as to the consequences

If I have to “disperse” and/or “obey curfew”, it’s *ONLY* because i am not well armed enough. This time.
