This suggests Brown was in very close proximity to the officer and cooroborates the audio on the video with the witness, who we'll never hear from, saying Brown was rushing the officer.
Sure looks like a case of self defense for the officer.
When Larry Elder had his popular radio program in Los Angeles, he'd often say, "I hate to say it, but many times we black people just plain old think differently"
really? i read they were all at a distance. nothing about 2 feet.
If fired within 2 feet , there should also be 'powder burns' accompanying the entrance wound.
Autopsy might also show bruises on knuckles from the assault on the cop while he was in his car , or,
'St. Michael' had "hip-checked" the door , thus causeing a head injury to to police officer.
Also , understand that the police officer had just been assaulted in his car , alledgedly unprovoked , and was attempting an arrest of the 'perp' .
I heard Baden say 1 foot. But later clarified to “from 1 to 30 feet”.
“Baden’s report also notes the shots could have from within 2 feet.”
I allso heard the autopsy showed the shots were to the front of Brown’s body. So that seems to validate the eye witness (on the more recently released video) that Brown, after removing himself, had turned back and gone toward the cop.
