Without knowing where the exit wounds are positioned relative to the entrance wounds it is hard to say for sure whether his hands were raised in a “surrender” position or out in front of him in an “attack position.
BS. There were six shots according to the autopsy. They can see where four of them went into the head and neck. The other two caused multiple wounds in the arm that clearly show the path of the bullets. His arms were not in the air when those bullets hit his arms. His right arm was out in front of him.
The other thing they can tell from the scene is if he was shot while on the ground as was claimed at one point. That too did not hold up.
How tall he was also shows that the bullets did not hit him when he was kneeling on the ground. Remember geometry.
This report is from the families side of the line but it supports the officers story.
Another article explained that his arms were down because the bullets went into the front. If he’d had his arms raised the bullets would have gone into the back of his arms.
But it's not hard to say that none were in his back and he wasn't on his knees begging for mercy.
