The only thing I would say is unhealthy is the huge amount of salt some have in their ingredients.

Salt isn't bad for people but the junk in those packets are. I eat the
top ramen variety from Asian markets and never ever use those packets
entirely. Maybe 10% if any.

I usually throw the packet away and use some "Key West Spice" (lemon peel, basil, and thyme) and throw in a hand full of frozen peas.

Chicken pieces optional as are any other left overs.
