Methinks “Christian Research Institute” really likes TWD and is justifying it. Why not just admit that you watch it like you watch a car wreck? If it is any “deep”, it just means that there is no hope as everybody’s going to end up a zombie anyway. Until you blow out their brains.
Yes, I watch the TV program The Walking Dead! I take it you don't because if you had you would know that it is a well written series that looks deeply into the question of what we are capable of doing as human beings. "How far will you go to stay alive?", is one of the central questions and seeing how the characters began at the start and how they developed throughout unspeakable circumstances while trying to remain human is, I think, something we should all consider about ourselves. Granted, I'm not at all scared that there is a coming zombie apocalypse, but we don't really know how bad it will get as this world edges ever closer to the end times.
If we are all zombies who will be left to blow out our brains.
The Walking Dead is good entertainment I never try to over analyze good entertainment. October is almost here.

I appreciated reading it, but I did not think it was good.
I watched it when it first came out, but the politically correct diversity themes wore me out. It is useful as a primer for the racial apocalypse, but I just couldn’t get into it.
Zombies are pretty symbolic of exactly what Satan wants us to be and therefore are what most people call their philosophical enemies, sheople. Good discussion and to those who do not like reading into television programs, if shows were only meant to entertain then why are there so many immoral, anti-conservative shows? How many conservatives invest in media?
I’ve studied psych and taken a basic neuroscience course. The soul to mind connection is my biggest curiosity. Did you know the heart has brain cells? We truly are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Thanks for posting because in pagan classes you never get the conservative rebuttal and arguments against are just realignments of pagan thought. (I don’t watch much tv- just NCIS and when I can, Criminal Minds.)

I have notice that too. Many TV Shows focus on an end time scenario where the strong try to survive. I think many of us are sensing that time is coming. I truly believe we are living in the last days (not the end of the World)
I’m thinking the same. I thought “I don’t think I missed an episode” LOL. (or perhaps Andrea and Shane in the car) but I don’t recall any graphic sex scene. Now if Darryl I would remember that LOL
