If they are only driving 30moh at that time, then that would be a LONG 10 seconds to be able to see a danger in front of you. If the track is a 1/2 mile track, so I’d say a quarter of a full circle track is 1/8 a mile and that is plenty of visibility in 1/8 of a mile. He should have seen the kid
