Yep.

The only question Stewart needs to answer is why he wasn’t lower on the caution. Even without that answer, no prosecutor is going to make a case on the evidence so far. Too many actual racers and actual race fans actually know what goes on.

At the point of this incident was the race over? I admit I know little to nothing about dirt track and open wheel racing..

These tracks are only so wide. Especially on the back stretch. Normally a race official would have tried to stop him from doing what he did. But being a local Saturday Night track they don't have best safety crews. Probably most are volunteers.
