None of the references in that article support their argument that Ebola could be airborne.

That is odd. I don't remember reading anything about them arguing it was airborne. Where did you see that? They argued it was an "aerosol-transmissible disease."

Aerosol transmission = airborne transmission.

What they describe is droplet transmission.
