This is probably one of the greatest risk areas to it getting out of Africa, once it gets a foothold in the upper classes those same people will be trying like hell to bug out to western medicine...

I doubt that tune would be much different here among those who consider themselves 'exempt' by virtue of money, celebrity, or other factors.
