BTW, in my Marine career (1981-85) I was a TOW missile man. I used to fantasize about having a Tiger, Panther, or King Tiger in my sights. T-34s were too damned ugly.
I read Tigers in the Mud many years ago. Was surprised to learn that Otto Carius is still alive.
