Did you see the picture on the website? Poor dog’s head completely laid open. These “officers” should be fired immediately, sued up the wazoo and denied their pensions. What the heck, police can come to the WRONG house and shoot up pets there with impunity?

they go into peoples’ fenced in back yards and shoot animals that were in their own back yard. they break into the wrong houses and shoot people defending themselves and shoot their pets.
They can and have come to the “wrong” house and killed occupants and been excused by their departments and by judges Some of these incidents have been so egregious that it is hard to keep from believing that the orders were to raid a house (unspecified) in X part of town and make it spectacular. They are engaging in a “show of force” to intimidate the population.
