Yep, a psychopath drunk with power. The zombie given look is someone who has realized that he has pulled off a dictatorial coup, and daring anyone to cross the line to confront him. Watch to unabashed EO spree begin in 2015.
What scares me the most, is this look also one who might not relinquish power come January 20, 2017. It may sound far-fetched to think this SOB may conjure up some kind of national emergency to suspend elections, but I wouldn't be surprised if it happened.
