libertarian positions can be one thing or another depending on how the question is asked.

More accurately, they will be geared to fit the audience, for instance here, libertarians strive to sound like a bunch of Christian, ultra social conservatives.

To a liberal audience they would do the opposite and concentrate on true social libertarianism.
