People are contagious when they don’t yet show symptoms. This is the time to start the screening process in the vector countries so those who are infected can be quarantined. Unless they are Americans, then we should send a private jet to bring them here, right ansel???

People who are contagious with Ebola can slip into the US without anyone knowing the are contagious. There has to be a reliable method of detecting them so they can be quarantined before they infect others.
