The health Nazis don't want to hear it, but regardless of what they eat or what kind of exercise they do, they too will die one day.
How ignorant. Exercising reasonably is not about avoiding death, it's about quality of life.
I'm 67 y/o and have been running for 33 years. I'm down to 20 miles a week but I still get out there not only for the physical advantages, but mental as well.
I take no drugs, eat whatever I want, see a doctor once a year when she tells me reviewing my test results makes her think I'm 37, not 67.
I'm also a former smoker, but I am neither a smoking nazi nor or a health nazi. In fact, it sounds like you might better fit the description.

I was simply responding to the tone of the article.

Sorry if your exercise has atrophied your ability to detect that.

Of course, you are morally superior because you run. I am but a lowly schlub that won't.
