Testosterone does not cause prostate cancer! If it did, we would see men under 30 being diagnosed. Stop the soymilk and other soy food stuff, limit flaxseed and chia seeds, remove sugar and exercise through the use of resistant training and low to moderate cardio and your estrogen level will remain low, thus preventing the drop in progesterone. This should keep testosterone free and thus, not damaging. As for GH, most seniors do not havelow levels. Raising testosterone, correctly, has profound, positive effects. No doubt about it. Just 30 weighted squats every other day, has the ability to shift testosterone metabolism.

I didn’t say that testosterone causes prostate cancer. But if an older man HAS prostate cancer, I’ve heard that testosterone treatment can often cause it to advance more quickly.

Weighted squats!? We need pills! LOL

I agree 100%. Not easy, but much more beneficial. My grandfather was a plasterer and had arms the size of my legs. His legs were like tree trunks and he worked into his 60s without any issues. As soon as he retired- it was all downhill.

Our bodies need physical activity—especially men. Testosterone doesn’t have to decrease, that’s just your body telling you to get off your butt. Lol
