Quit smoking and drinking, eat right, step away from the computer, and get some exercise in the fresh air.
Quit smoking; drink in moderation, especially vino rosso; eat a well balanced, healthy diet in both quality and quantity -- most of the time; and stay physically active every day even if that means walking up two or three flighs of stairs insteading of riding the elevator or parking at the mall in the furthest space from the entrance even if closer spaces are available.
