Really? On Highway 59?

Does anybody use their turn signal when changing lanes on 59?

Turning on your turn signal just causes the person in the other lane to speed up. How did this guy get singled out?

I can see that. Hwy 59 has some really short on-ramps and practically no deceleration lanes around the 610 loop.

Speeding up and slowing down are a real problem in some areas.
