Jesse Ventura wins $1.8million defamation suit against estate of.. Chris Kyle

A Minnesota jury has awarded former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura $1.8 million Tuesday in his lawsuit against the estate of American Sniper author Chris Kyle.

On the sixth day of deliberations, the federal jury decided that the 2012 best-selling book defamed Ventura in its description of a bar fight in California in 2006.

Kyle wrote that he decked a man whom he later identified as Ventura after the man allegedly said the Navy SEALs 'deserve to lose a few.'

replies to my post are somehow trying to justify the fraud and slander committed by Chris Kyle and the book publisher. One has nothing to do with the other. One is a first amendment right the other is illegal. -

so ventura is not honorable because he subscribes to 911 conspiracy theory which by the way is clearly anyone's first amendment right. Yet slander and fraud is honorable?
