I did this morning and thought about posting it.

A 5-inch sex toy was lost for 10 years after she was drunk with her unidentified sex “partner” until it formed a vagina-bladder fistula and caused other symptoms. It doesn’t say but logic, of course, would conclude that her “partner” and subsequent “partners” were all other women or it would have turned up much sooner.
