The author clearly sets out what should be the terms of response to government intervention in the people’s rights; namely that government’s role is to preserve the right (ie., avoid interference in any form), not dictate it’s terms and conditions.

I can find nothing in our founding documents - unlike libtards - that guarantees a
"Right" to any particular goods or services or guaranteed success. There is of course the 14th Amendment (much debated and argued in court) about granting
"Equal" Protection under the law. Not being an attorney I cannot comment on where that stands - as a layman I would say there are more rights granted by the Fed Gov to Gays, Blacks, Hispanics, Women, atheists, DemonRATS, etc. than to white religious conservatives.
