I’m with you on La Femme Nikita. I wish they would do a “reunion” show of sorts.
It’s years later and Michael’s son, Adam, is all grown up and he and Nikita are reunited. They had such a wonderful love story and it would be interesting to see what the writers would do with the years of absence between them and “if” Nikita really made the changes to Section I that she intended to make or if she became ruthless as the new Operations...oh well, one can dream...lol
I have the complete DVD set and enjoy watching it now and then.
The cast, the atmosphere, the scripts have never been duplicated.
I would wish the same as you, but Petra Wilson does not look as comely’
as she once did, and that drastic difference between her blonde
passionate nature and his dark controlled one, was one of the
reasons I found the show fascinating.
I have the soundtrack to the series, too, I highly recommend it.
Oh, I just remembered, they did try to recreate it, but the
little Asian actress and the man who played Michael, although,
he was great in A Walk to Remember, had no deep affinity,
and it was sexual without that sense of longing and duty
that suffused the original.
it’s Sunday night coming on, and I remember, how I would anticipate
La Femme Nikita for that evening viewing.
