The land was possessed prior to the treaty, thus under the treaty the US has no claim to the possessed usage.

You can’t fool me with your mouthy ignorance, I am very familiar with land rights under this treaty, as all of California’s arable land falls under its jurisdiction.

It certainly was not possessed by anyone whom Bundy could possibly derive right or title from.

It was Paiute land, not Bundy land.
