The technology exists to defeat virtually all of the Mexican “get arounds.” Whatever it would have cost, it would have saved many times that much if it has been erected years ago. And even if building started only now, it would rather quickly save its cost. Look at the $3.7 billion-dollar boondoggle the Obamanation proposed, all without securing the border.
