Jesus was a special case as I’m sure you’ll agree. And St. Stephen was free to forgive them as was his right.

But the plain language of the Bible says otherwise. You can look it up for yourself. Absolutely nothing in Scripture requires this kind of blanket forgiveness. Nothing.

It’s not forbidden, but it certainly isn’t required.

yes last time I checked, Samson didn’t forgive the philistines. He beat them to death. I’m surprised David didn’t write a Psalm about that
