As a branch of the thread that was just posted about modern music - anyone have any suggestions for conservative rock bands? Why are there so few?

In one of those links I see the Beach Boys listed, and it discusses Brian Wilson and Mike Love. One of the other “sometimes” (60s and now again) members (don’t remember if it was Al Jardine, or who) made waves when he was posting some conservative facebook posts a year or two ago.

Ray Davies’ “Young Conservatives” was meant more of as a dig (at Reagan/Thatcher youths) but as he grew old, he and other British musicians started to sob about the loss of merry old england as a new immigrant class of eastern europeans and middle eastern muslims immigrated and didn’t bother to pick up the mother tongue. Bit too late to be concerned...
