There was a choir practicing when I was at church making copies last night, and one of the ladies (also an acquaintance from swim team) said she’s lost 85 lbs. in the last year.
I’m goad I didn’t have to clean that swim team’s pool.
85 lbs of lost fat can really clog the systems.
