I’m glad you’re feeling better. We put in a long afternoon between talking about Cub Scouts and working on music stuff, and then went to Walmart. When we got home, I gave the kids some ice cream, except for Frank, who ran off up the street to play with his new friend, Eli. I told Eli’s parents to send him home when he says he’s hungry.
I’ll put their supper in the oven in a few minutes. Kathleen will probably fall asleep watching Pokémon, but that won’t hurt. It was too late for a real nap when we finished up at church.
I’m looking forward to bedtime, big time!
We got a little rain this morning, but I don’t think it was enough to do much more than lift the oil on the streets.
It’s still overcast, even though the sun has been trying to shine. I’m about ready for bed.
I hope I sleep well tonight. The nap I had this morning was a surprise for me, so I have no clue how the night will go.
It’s possible Busdaddy will be getting a dog in a few days. My niece is giving one away. Right age, spayed and good with The Little Redhead. We will see.
