It is tough. The worst moment for me was when he broke out in a grin when Meghan accused him of lying and stealing while he was on the run. He looked like an obnoxious frat boy.
One thing that has gone under the radar: in 2008, a woman wrote in some publication that she had been repeatedly raped by Ayers and a black man back in the 1960s. She was a hippie girl who was literally taken prisoner by Ayers. She went on to confront him personally and Mr. Charming told her “he had no recollection of the event.” I don’t suppose Meghan Kelly or anybody else has been updated by staff about this event. I tend to have a long memory about stories like this.
