This guy is truly nuts. The only proof one needs is to understand how hot it is in this area of California. Anyone that is willing to wear something that hot right now needs a psych eval.
This is Salina Kansas, about 200 miles west of Kansas City, on I-70. Been past it many times, once has a vehicle towed there after a breakdown. Still pretty hot.
