Why all the Ann hate? I remember when she was adored on FR.

She kind of lost me w/ the Christie and Romney lovefest, but I still admire her writing and rants.

Because she has the personality profile of a liberal - smug and snarky, and does as much harm as good for the cause. People on the fence will usually not be won over by her demeanor. Also, her over-statements often divert attention from the real issue to herself.
