Going on a hardcore low-carb diet is no different that quitting smoking. I quit smoking 20 years ago, and found myself using the same self discipline to change my eating habits as I did putting down the Camel Lights. If you can do one, you can do the other! Stick to it...you won't regret either.

And yeah, it feels good putting on those size 38 jeans that have been hanging in the closet for years!

WKU - how the heck did you manage to not gain weight?

As I understand it one major problem with quitting is that one’s metabolism decreases right away.
