A 12 year old boy stole a school bus in Panama City today. He drove it all over the county, damaged it and stole stuff from it.

The cops or whoever the spokesman was indicated they are going to throw the book at him despite his age.

I'm surprised that Panama City even has school buses, although it's the largest town in the country.
