You know she's out of touch by that fact that after uttering the statement that she can't care about money, she doesn't realize just how out of touch it sounds. To her and those she roams with, this statement is not out of touch, but an expression of sympathy for the poor. At least Amy Carter had the decency to not run around running her trap 14 years after her Daddy left office...

Can someone explain to me just why we have to be reminded of this person just because she has a complex of some kind? Poor thing. I guess she’s trying hard to seem normal after having been raised by two people who spent time 50 years ago finding themselves. Sorry Chelsea but anyone else who feels as you do would just shut up and stay out of the public eye. It is VERY PAINFUL to watch or listen to her talk.

Not long ago I saw a survey on the net titled "are you an elitist" (or something like that).It had questions like "do you buy your morning coffee at Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts?".Many questions about money as well.I clearly remember one question..."have you ever had a job which sometimes caused your back to hurt?" I answered "you betcha".

I wonder how Chelsea (or her parents) would have answered.
